01
1. Share your project
Start with your location, current bathroom setup, and the changes you want. Explain whether you are considering a walk-in tub, shower, replacement, conversion, or broader remodel.
02
2. Review the options and written scope
Discuss the room, relevant product information, and the work proposed. Ask which items are included, what still needs evaluation, and which decisions must be made before scheduling.
03
3. Review installation planning details
Review scheduling with MTR after the project details are established. Timing should reflect your selected products and agreed scope. Ask about preparation and how completion will be reviewed.
04
4. Keep the warranty documents
Ask for the written product warranty and any applicable workmanship terms. Review what is covered, any conditions or exclusions, and whom to contact with a question.

HELPFUL ANSWERS
Questions before you get started
How long will installation take?
Discuss timing after the project has been reviewed and the scope is defined. A specific schedule needs to reflect the work and products for your bathroom.
What warranty is included?
Coverage should be confirmed in the written terms for the particular products and workmanship in your proposal. Do not rely on a general phrase in place of those documents.
What should be confirmed before installation starts?
Review the selected products, included work, remaining decisions, planned access, and the expected availability of the bathroom. Confirm whom to contact with a scheduling or project question. Keep the current proposal and product list together so everyone has the same reference when discussing preparation, the sequence of work, and any outstanding items.
How should I handle a change after the project is agreed?
Describe the requested change clearly and have its effect on products, work, price, and schedule explained before it proceeds. Keep the agreed update with your project documents. A written record is especially useful when a new choice sounds minor but changes something elsewhere in the plan, such as the enclosure, fixtures, or surrounding finishes.
What should I review at the completion walkthrough?
Use the agreed scope and selection list to review the finished work with MTR. Ask for an explanation of the installed products' operation and care instructions, and note any questions or remaining items together. Confirm the appropriate contact for follow-up so you know where to direct a product, workmanship, or document question after the walkthrough.
What information is useful when I report a question after installation?
Have your project address, relevant product or model information, and a short description of the question ready. Include clear photos if they help explain what you are seeing, along with when you first noticed it. Refer to your project and warranty documents for the appropriate contact, and avoid assuming the cause before the issue has been reviewed.
